Preparation
- choose a theme with your child
- select a date & time
- choose the location
- order or purchase party supplies
- send out the invitations with RSVPs
- decide on activities & games
- decide on a menu (remembering to ask if their are any intolerances/alleries in guests)
- make any food ahead of time that can be stored in the freezer
- follow-up RSVPs for final guest count

On the day
- finish decorating the cake, or pick up
- clean & child proof party area
- decorate any indoor areas
- set-up games

Take lots of pictures & a video to remember the birthday!
